The term “pronation” is thrown around like a hot potato all of the time.
I’ve got a clip of Pete Sampras where I’ve picked apart how Pete pronates and how you can copy and model what he does.

A common question I get is how to handle that high bouncing incoming “kick” serve.
There are 3 key elements to be successful with this shot.
1. Commit to a full shoulder turn so your front shoulder is pointing at the incoming serve.
2. Keep the hands loose and soft so you can adjust the eventual bounce direction
3. On your backhand side, play a slice on level swing plane
